BUILDING A WORKER-CLIMATE MOVEMENT
Our Worker-Climate Project supports trade unionists organising for a just climate transition.
Join the team
Help us connect workers, union members and climate activists in the struggle for a rapid and just energy transition.
We need your skills and experience to:
Build more relationships with workers across regions, industries and unions
Help us engage trade unionists in dialogue to develop a deeper understanding of how people working in different industries are fighting for a workers’ transition
Find and analyse areas where further coordination between activists is needed
Host online and in-person events bringing workers together to facilitate collaboration on key tactics, targets and structures
Help us reach across the trade union movement:
If you are a worker taking climate action in your workplace, industry or union, fill in our survey (or send it along to anybody you know who is active on this)
If your union branch wants to support our work, submit our motion to your branch

In the build up to our Worker-Climate Conference in October 2022, we conducted in-depth interviews with various workers. Comparing the shared challenges and approaches from those we spoke to, we produced a variety of resources around the conference.
